How do I contact Xstream Travel?

For most issues we can assist you via support/help desk ticket. You can submit a support/Help Desk ticket from your Xstream Agent Hub. Please know some issues we can only assist you via support ticket like Travel Vendor Access requests.  

For commission research request, please submit a Travel Commission Research Form from your Xstream Agent Hub. The form is next to your Booking Desk. We will respond within 1-2 business days. 

What is Xstream's address?

All of Xstream Travel's company information is located on your Vendor List from your Xstream Agent Hub. Click on Vendors under the Tools tab. If you're trying to register with a vendor, please review your Vendor List first before registering directly for important registration instructions.

Yes! Customer Support can be reached Mon-Fri 9AM-1PM CT and 2PM-4PM CT at 214-383-0122.

Where can I find information on what I paid in yearly and monthly fees?
On your Xstream Agent Hub click on the Booking Desk Tab, and then select "Order History." This report will also show you any payments made for Xstream Xperiences as well!
