To change from a personal to a business account with Xstream, the agent will need to call Xstream Travel and request a link to submit a new W9. You will also need to email proof of business ownership by emailing your SS-4 letter/EIN Assignment Letter to Support@Xstreamtravel.com. Please include your name and agent ID as well so we can locate your Xstream Account. Once we verify your EIN number we will update your Xstream account with your business name and EIN so all commissions will be reported under your EIN# the following year.
If you no longer have a business and want to change your Xstream account to be under your name and your SS#, please call Xstream Travel and request a link to submit a new W9. Once we receive your W9 we will update your Xstream account under your SS# so your commissions will be reported under you on your 1099 the following year.
