How to update your credit card on file where your monthly fees are deducted

Agent should log into their Xstream Agent Hub to update their CC on file from their Profile under the "My Business," tab. Then click, "Update My Billing Info." 

Please know, your name and address must match exactly how it appears on your credit card statement, including spelling and punctuation. 

I can't login to my Xstream Agent Hub because my account is in suspension.

If the agent is in suspension or termination status, they should call Customer Support at 214-383-0122 to reactivate their account. Customer Support is available Mon-Fri 9AM-1PM CT and 2PM-4PM CT.

The system didn't accept my credit card. Now what?

First, review your credit card statement and make sure you are inputting your name, address, and cc number exactly as shown. It could be the system didn't recognize your information because there was a slight change in how you typed it in. 

For example, if your address shows as "123 S. Street" on your credit card statement, please input that in exactly. Do not put "123 South St."
