I can't login to my Xstream Agent Hub

First, be sure you are trying to login to the correct site: https://secure.xstreamtravel.com/LOGIN.ASP. Next, your login username will be your agent ID that starts with a C or X. If you can't remember your password -or- your password did not work, click the large orange link "Email Password." This will send you a password reset email to the email address we have on file for you.

I can't login to my CRM

This usually happens because your Xstream account went into suspension. First, be sure you have your updated credit card information on file. Then, please submit a support ticket from your Xstream Agent Hub. Please explain what happens when you try to login and let us know of any error messages you receive. We can either activate the account or send it to our tech team to resolve.
